Chardon, Ohio, April 21, 2002 –
Steven Douglas Corp. (SDC) announced they have signed
a new lease effective May 1, 2002 with their property
management company. The new agreement includes an
additional bay which will serve as their second,
and largest dedicated machine assembly area.
The extra space is needed immediately as the corporation's
present building needs dictate. Additionally, they
anticipate the extra assembly bay will serve them
well as they continue to work on simultaneous projects.
In total, the new lease, gives SDC two large independent assembly bays, a centralized
large space for their machine shop, two large overhead doors, one receiving dock
and enough front office space to allow for growth in engineering and company operations.
