Originally designed and built to electropolish small stainless steel parts, SDC now offers the EP10, a complete stand-alone electropolishing system, to the broader electropolishing market. The EP10’s small size, advanced controls and proven durability, offer all precision manufacturers and metal finishers an alternative to larger, custom-built electropolishing systems.

Production ready
From its stainless steel unibody construction to its Teflon coated cooling coil, all exposed materials used on the EP10 are made to withstand the high temperatures and the highly corrosive solutions used in electropolishing.

Integration
Each EP10 is built on request and SDC can work with you on complete EP10 integration. We offer custom designed parts handling systems including: parts feeding, fixturing, manipulating and unloading.
