Provide automatic electropolishing systems with a combined total capacity of not less than 1000 polished parts per hour

Project Specs:

•	Electropolishing of various standard sized products without changeover
•	Introduce automated parts manipulation to replace manual manipulation
•	Store process “recipes” to electropolish all standard devise sizes with individual parameters

Solution:

•	The SDC automatic electropolishing machine successfully manipulates each individual part delivering consistent polishing results.
•	All machine and process operations are monitored by a custom programmed PLC and user-friendly touch-screen interface.
•	Many part recipes are stored, and easily edited.
•	Complete order included seventeen (17) Individual stand-alone systems.
•	Combined capacity (all 17 systems) producing over 1300 polished parts per hour.
